The staff provides lovely and helpful service, especially Bella at the front desk and Natty in the restaurant. The location is great, near many restaurants and shopping options in Chiang Mai. The dining experience was decent but somewhat repetitive. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location.
